Upgrade for Marriott Mobile app
A new iteration of the Marriott Mobile apppp has been rolled out, with features designeded to offer members of Marriott Rewards a more tailored mobile experience.
Key features include the ability to request room upgrades and receive notification that it has been fulfilled before arrival using the app. Late checkout requests – guaranteed for Gold and Platinum Elite Marriott Rewards members – are also now available through the app.
Meanwhile, a new chat option for guests to speak directly with hotel staff before, during and after their stays in order to make special requests has been added, and more than 500 hotels globally will roll out the group’s Mobile Key function. marriott.com
