Hainan Air­lines opens new Bei­jing lounge

Hainan Air­lines has opened a new Prime Wings Lounge in Bei­jing Cap­i­tal In­ter­na­tional Air­port. The fa­cil­ity is lo­cated near gate 12 of the in­ter­na­tional ter­mi­nal, and is open to For­tune Wings Club sil­ver, gold and plat­inum card­hold­ers, and busi­ness and first class pas­sen­gers.

Cre­ated by Hong Kong de­signer Patrick Le­ung, its dé­cor is in­spired by the “na­ture and peace” of Hainan, with curv­ing, high-backed fur­ni­ture and soft light­ing. The 726 sqm space can ac­com­mo­date 150 guests, and is split into sev­eral zones, in­clud­ing a tea zone, read­ing zone, sleep­ing zone and shower suite zone. The lounge serves global cui­sine as well as special lo­cal snacks, has Ne­spresso cof­fee ma­chines and will in­tro­duce themed F&B from time to time.
