The therapy uses smooth, heated crystal stones made from 100 per cent pink Himalayan salts, which are packed with 84 naturally occurring minerals and offer more health benefits than a traditional hot stone massage. Special techniques are used in a deep pressure massage to gently release muscles that are tight or sore. The Himalayan salt treatment benefits also include stimulating circulation, detoxifying, improving sleep, reducing inflammation and reducing signs of ageing.
