TAKE an educated sip in Hong Kong’s new “spirit library”. Opened last month, The Woods’ Annex is an intimate tasting room in the heart of Soho featuring premium artisanal spirits. Guests will be able to sample “Discovery Flights” such as “Holy Smokes” featuring High West Campfire, Laphroaig 18 year, Del Maguey Chichicapa, Octomore, or create their own combinations. Guided tastings and workshops will introduce patrons to a bespoke selection of speciality gin, rum, tequila and whisky. With just eight spots, the hidden bar is open by appointment only.
