Beautiful Banjo is full of potential

THIS gentle giant is sure to strike a chord with you.

Banjo may not be a poet but he will definitely melt your heart.

He is a one-year-old desexed greyhound mixed breed who was surrendered to the Campaspe Animal Shelter and has been available for adoption since August 15.

Despite his age, Banjo is a gentle lad who is just looking for a family to love him.

He loves nothing more than to spend his time around his humans, quietly standing by your side and taking any type of affection you are willing to give.

Banjo has not had any formal training, so obedience training is a must.

He is an intelligent boy who will learn some new tricks and strengthen the bond with his new family.

Owning a greyhound is a wonderful experience, however there are a few added responsibilities. They must always be kept on a lead, even in off-lead parks, and they must always be walked in a muzzle. All prospective owners of Banjo are urged to research the requirements at

Banjo is available for adoption for $355.
