Bank gives back

MORE than $37,000 has been poured back into the com­mu­nity thanks to the El­more/Lock­ing­ton/Rochester Com­mu­nity Bank.

The grants are part of round three of its Com­mu­nity Spon­sor­ship Pro­gram, which is open to all or­gan­i­sa­tions and groups in the El­more, Lock­ing­ton and Rochester dis­tricts.

Lock­more Fi­nan­cial Ser­vices chair Brad Drust thanked the suc­cess­ful groups for the work they do in our com­mu­ni­ties.

“These hard­work­ing groups and or­gan­i­sa­tions make up the fab­ric of our com­mu­ni­ties, and we are proud to pro­vide some sup­port to make their pri­or­ity pro­grams, projects and events hap­pen,’’ he said.
