Cam­paspe River Re­serve Com­mit­tee

Vol­un­teer group that looks af­ter the river re­serve and walk­ing track along the Cam­paspe at Rochester. New peo­ple needed to as­sist. For in­for­ma­tion, call Sharon on 0409 280 509.

St Joseph’s school re­union

For all who at­tended from prep at St Joseph’s Pri­mary 1964 to form 4 at Sa­cred Heart 1976.

The re­union will be held on Oc­to­ber 20 at the Rochester Wine Bar.

Lock­ing­ton Swap Meet and Mar­ket

There will be a swap meet and mar­ket at Lock­ing­ton Park on Sun­day, May 20. The event, pro­moted by the Lions Club of Lock­ing­ton, is on from 7am to 1pm.

A site fee of $10 in­cludes one adult en­try. Reg­u­lar en­try is $5 for adults and chil­dren are free.

REDHS Fash­ion Pa­rade

The REDHS hos­pi­tal aux­il­iary fash­ion pa­rade is on Fri­day.

Come and get a sneak peek at the new sea­son’s fash­ion — all while rais­ing money for the hos­pi­tal aux­il­iary’s vi­tal work.

It’s on from 7.30pm at the Rochester Race­course Re­cre­ation Re­serve com­plex.

Tick­ets are $15 with a chance to win a $200 clothes voucher. They can be pur­chased at Par­sons Rochester or through the aux­il­iary com­mit­tee. For more in­for­ma­tion, call 5484 1050.

Bal­len­della Red Cross Raf­fle

Bal­len­della Red Cross held a suc­cess­ful Mother’s Day street stall.

Raf­fle win­ners were Leigh Wil­son (first), Jenny Her­bert (sec­ond) and Denise Acocks (third).

The Red Cross thanks com­mu­nity mem­bers for their sup­port.

Coliban Wa­ter Treat­ment Plant Tour

There will be a tour of the Rochester Wa­ter Treat­ment Plant to­mor­row from 9.30am. The tour will run for 45 min­utes and there will be a morn­ing tea at the se­nior ci­ti­zens club af­ter­wards.
