A HUNTINGDALE man has been arrested following a crime spree in Perth's southeastern suburbs on September 6 involving a firearm and a road rage incident. The 45 year-old man was arrested, after which police found a sawn off 12-gauge shotgun and 35 shotgun shells. Police alleged the man damaged a house on Jubilee Street in Beckenham before he went to a property on Barkley Loop in Canning Vale two hours later armed with a firearm. Shortly afterwards, it was alleged the man repeatedly rammed a car stopped at a roundabout. About 7pm, what was believed to be a gunshot was heard near Moss Street in Huntingdale. Responding police nearby allegedly heard a man's raised voice and sent a police dog. After a short confrontation, the man was tasered and arrested. The man was charged with possessing a firearm with circumstances of aggravation and endangerment of life, health or safety of a person.
