Po­lice want to speak to two peo­ple (pic­tured above) who they be­lieve can help with in­ves­ti­ga­tions into an in­ci­dent at a re­tail store.

At 4.30pm on Mon­day, March 12, a man and a woman were inside the re­tail store on High Road when a staff mem­ber asked to per­form a se­cu­rity check of the trol­ley’s items.

The man be­came an­gry and started shout­ing abuse at the staff mem­ber be­fore push­ing the trol­ley force­fully into her legs.

The staff mem­ber was knocked back­wards and as the man tried to pass, she no­ticed a num­ber of items in the trol­ley were from the store.

She reached in to try to grab them back but the man be­gan punch­ing her arms be­fore leav­ing the store, con­tin­u­ing to ver­bally abuse her.

The woman then went to leave the store with a gift bag, push­ing the staff mem­ber in the chest.

The man is de­scribed as light skinned, in his mid to late 40s, with short dark hair with a white streak. He was wear­ing a white shirt and black shorts. The woman is de­scribed as tan skinned, aged be­tween 20-30, about 160cm, with orange/brown shoul­der length hair.

De­tec­tives have charged a man over a bur­glary and armed rob­bery on Mon­day, April 16.

It is al­leged the man smashed a win­dow and forced en­try into a home in Tri­court Grove at 1.30am. Dur­ing the bur­glary po­lice say the man en­tered the fe­male’s bed­room and de­manded cash while threat­en­ing her with a brick be­fore flee­ing the scene with her hand­bag.

The 22-year-old Balga man was charged with armed rob­bery and ag­gra­vated bur­glary.
