Police want to speak to two people (pictured above) who they believe can help with investigations into an incident at a retail store.
At 4.30pm on Monday, March 12, a man and a woman were inside the retail store on High Road when a staff member asked to perform a security check of the trolley’s items.
The man became angry and started shouting abuse at the staff member before pushing the trolley forcefully into her legs.
The staff member was knocked backwards and as the man tried to pass, she noticed a number of items in the trolley were from the store.
She reached in to try to grab them back but the man began punching her arms before leaving the store, continuing to verbally abuse her.
The woman then went to leave the store with a gift bag, pushing the staff member in the chest.
The man is described as light skinned, in his mid to late 40s, with short dark hair with a white streak. He was wearing a white shirt and black shorts. The woman is described as tan skinned, aged between 20-30, about 160cm, with orange/brown shoulder length hair.
