THE French Connection was in Gayndah last weekend, when the Citroen 2CV Club of Queensland visited.
Twenty club members enjoyed the town’s hospitality and sights, as they visited Gayndah resident Peter Houth’s collection of rare Citroens.
Les Hay and Mr Houth provided breakfast in the garden near the car collection.
Breakfast was served after the Citroen club spent the night in Gayndah.
Mr Houth said the collection was “known worldwide as Colllection La Maison de Citroen”.
“We started in Hervey Bay and travelled in convoy to enjoy an evening in Gayndah,” Mr Houth said.
“The club has visited Gayndah multiple times before.”
