Monto High vies for Schools Cup

MONTO State High School en­tered two teams in the Queens­land Ju­nior Schools Cup Vol­ley­ball com­pe­ti­tion in Bris­bane at the week­end.

The un­der-15 girls team com­peted in the in­ter­me­di­ate girls division 3 and won the bronze medal.

The un­der-15 boys team com­peted for the first time in the Schools Cup com­pe­ti­tion and fin­ished in eighth place in the in­ter­me­di­ate boys division 3.

Con­grat­u­la­tions to all students. Monto had a suc­cess­ful Schools Cup cam­paign for 2012.
