Good deeds cause this chain reaction

Central and North Burnett Times - - SCHOOL NEWS -

PERFORMING random acts of kindness was the mission for Gayndah State School students last week.

The children were encouraged to do good deeds for others and added a link to a paper chain every time a random act of kindness was completed.

School chaplain Lexie came up with the idea, and by the end of the week the paper chain was 20m long.

Acts of kindness included picking things up when they fell, washing up, helping a friend and doing each other’s playground duty.

All of the good deeds were appreciated by those who received them.
