Man jailed for sex act
GAYNDAH Magistrates Court sentenced a man to six-months’ imprisonment with two months to be served, after he committed an indecent act.
Police Prosecutor Constable Vicki Kennedy-Grills told court that a 46-year-old man was seen “masturbating while accessing pornography” at a Mundubbera internet cafe on September 4.
Const Kennedy-Grills told the November 22 court session the man had accessed pornography websites and “became aroused”.
The man had previously breached probation in 2010, committing a similar act.
The court heard that he had received his fifth charge of wilful exposure in 1997.
The man’s probation was three months imprisonment, suspended for three years.
