Multipurpose hall boost for Eidsvold pupils

Central and North Burnett Times - - SCHOOL NEWS -

SENATOR for Queensland John Hogg officially opened Eidsvold State School’s multipurpose hall in the last week of the 2012 school year.

While the hall had been almost complete for some time, funds ran out before it was finished and it was unusable until recently. Speaking at the school’s ceremony for the opening of the $1,058,477 hall, Senator Hogg said the new facility would benefit students for many years.

Funding came from the Aus- tralian Government’s Building the Education Revolution Scheme.

“Projects like this multipur- pose hall are making a real difference by improving the learning environment for our children,” Senator Hogg said.
