Central and North Burnett Times - - LOCAL NEWS -

SUNSCREEN with a protection factor of SPF50+ will be hitting the shelves this month. But Cancer Council Queensland warned the sunscreen provided only marginally better protection to SPF30+. “Queenslanders should slip on protective clothing, slop on minimum SPF30+ broad-spectrum, water resistant sunscreen, slap on a broadbrimmed hat, seek shade and slide on wrap-around sunnies to reduce their skin cancer risk,” spokeswoman Katie Clift said.
