VETER­ANS Sta­ble­ford com­pe­ti­tion last Tues­day was won by Des Ran­dall with 24 points. Run­ner-up was Steve Gal­lagher with 24 points. Rob Kirk got the pin-shot on five and Jean­nie Hav­lik won the putting com­pe­ti­tion.

Thurs­day Sporters was con­tested by 21 play­ers and Jeremy Zahl won with 31 net. Andy Cobb was first run­ner-up with 30 net and Steve Jame­son was sec­ond run­ner-up with 26 net. Pin­shots; 3/12 James Dun­can, 5/14 Rob Ran­dall, 7/16 Steve Jame­son. Steve Jame­son had the least amount of putts with 13.

The­Week­end Sum­mer Stroke Com­pe­ti­tion was played on Jan­uary 11 by 11 play­ers. Ray Wil­lis won the com­pe­ti­tion with 31½ net. Ja­son McCosker was run­ner-up with 32 net. Pin­shots; 1/10 Ladies Cyn­thia Allen, 3/12 Lindsay Baker, 5/14 Lindsay Baker, 7/16 Rob Kirk.

A nine hole sta­ble­ford sum­mer com­pe­ti­tion is be­ing held to­mor­row, Jan­uary 18, with a 3pm hit off. Tues­day Veter­ans and Thurs­day Sporters com­pe­ti­tions will also have 3pm hit offs.
