Family business supports sale
LEICHT’S Country Industries Australia is proud to be the major sponsor of the Champion Pen at the Burnett Livestock and Realty All Breeds Steer Sale 2013.
The relationship Leicht’s has with Burnett Livestock and Realty and the Biggenden region has grown over time and one Leicht’s is happy to support.
It is important to Leicht’s CIA to be involved in the local community and the business looks forward to seeing who wins this category, as in the past it has been strongly contested.
Leicht’s was founded in 1984 by managing director Mark Leicht, supplying general fabrication needs to his local community. The familyowned and operated business located in Goombungee proudly supports Australia in predominantly using domestic material in the construction of its products.
Almost 30 years on, demand for reliable, dependable and market leading livestock handling equipment has seen Leicht’s expand its premises significantly and employ more local fabricators, as well as sales staff. This set the standard others follow.
Leicht’s CIA is a firm believer in quality designed equipment, which leads the market in best farm practice for both animal and operator, leading to “The Intelligent Livestock Equipment”.
The company specialises in the custom manufacture of cattle crushes (pro-chutes, both manual and hydraulic), relocatable yard equipment, loading ramps and hay and grain feeders, to meet expectations of livestock handlers.
CHAMPIONPEN: Burnett Livestock and Realty’s Lance Whitaker with the Leicht’s CIA pro chute immoboliser vet crush, which will be won by the champion pen at the All Breeds Steer Sale at Biggenden.
