Datamars understands agricultural sector
YOU can’t get more understanding of the agricultural sector than having your business based on a farm.
Datamars Australia is located just outside Amamoor, south of Gympie, in the Mary Valley.
And when it comes to understanding its clients’ needs, Datamars is the place to go.
Customerswho visit the headquarters will be welcomed by the sight of cattle grazing in the property’s pastures, the same cattle used by the Datamars team to test its product range, including tags and scanners.
Datamars has a number of trial properties throughout Australia, as it believes in testing its products in the harshest Australian environments, to en- sure top quality for valued customers.
General manager Tim Scott said the company had a number of trials on the go but one result it was extremely proud of was the Triangular Tough Tag.
“After four years of trials in- volving 1600 cattle in New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory there were only 11 losses,” Mr Scott said.
“This is a remarkable result, making our tag the first tag to be fully approved under the new NLIS Protocol.”
And with those results, Datamars was confident to offer a lifetime retention guarantee on the product.
This deal has been available for the past 18 months.
As Datamars introduces new products onto the market with equally promising retention rates, this retention guarantee offer will end on March 31.
This year, Datamars also celebrates 25 years in radio frequency identification technology.
