SEVENTY-five play­ers from across the re­gion took part in Mon­day’s vet­er­ans’ golf car­ni­val at Biggenden.

Clubs rep­re­sented in­cluded Bar­gara, Bur­rum, Gayn­dah, Coral Cove, Isis, Mary­bor­ough, Mun­dub­bera, Her­vey Bay, Monto and 1770. Re­sults: Di­vi­sion 1 (hand­i­cap 0-19): K Stevens (Bur­rum) 40; run­ner- up Al­lan Armitage (Biggenden) 39; best nine B Long (Isis) 21.

Di­vi­sion 2 (22-32): M Dally (Bur­rum) 40; run­ner-up K Styles (Bur­rum) 40; best nine A Al­gie (Bar­gara) 23.

Ladies: F Lacey (Mary­bor­ough) 39; run­ners-up K McCon­nell (Bar­gara) 38 and T Laws (Bar­gara) 37; best nine P Kent (Bar­gara) 20.
