New­stalls give mar­ket va­ri­ety

MAR­KET Day at the Lions Park fronting the Isis Hwy at Biggenden was a hive of ac­tiv­ity on Satur­day.

There were new stalls in at­ten­dance sell­ing home cook­ing, craft, salt lamps, fruit and veg­eta­bles, along with plants and flower and veg­etable seedlings.

Mu­sic play­ing on a CD in one of the ve­hi­cles added to the at­mos­phere.

HAPPY 21ST: Biggenden Miss Show­girl Krys­tal Wil­son cel­e­brated her 21st birth­day on Satur­day with a cake stall at the mar­kets. She has been busy bak­ing and is look­ing for­ward to en­ter­ing some of the classes at this week­end’s show. Pho­tos: Erica Mur­ree
