BINJOUR ONMAY5 at the Burnett Bowls Club, two Binjour Bowls Club juniors played in the Junior/ Senior Day, where they had to skip the day. In the 14-18 years section, Pat Darlington and Tyson Meyer won 2 out of the 3 games, which placed them 6th overall. In the under-14 section, Aileen and Brittanny Wiley won all 3 games, placing them overall winners.

GAYNDAH TUESDAY Veterans: 14 golfers attended. The winner was John Mullaly with a score of 28 ½ net. Carolyn Seddon was runner-up with 30 ½ net. Pinshot no 5 went to Lindsay Baker and the putting competition was won by Carolyn Seddon. The May Monthly Medal took place on Saturday with 18 players. The winner was Jeremy Zahl with a score of 66 nett, runner-up was Bev Emmerton with 71 nett, second runner-up was David Zahl with 71 nett. Pinshots; 5/14 Stephen Zahl, Ladies Gayle Bennet, 3/12 Rob Randall, 7/16 Jeremy Zahl. Upcoming events; three ball ambrose on Saturday, May 25. The nine-hole event will raise money for Gayndah Hospital Orange Festival Queen entrant Kahla Henke. Register at 10am for an 11am start. Sunday, May 26, a single stroke 18-hole competition will take place with a 12.30pm hit off.
