Lo­cal lads make Capras

MONTO State High School’s Tyson Cur­tis and Jack Pat­tie have been se­lected in the Capras un­der 14 team.

The boys play club rugby league for Biloela and played for Glad­stone in a Capras se­lec­tion car­ni­val.

The Capras will play at the state car­ni­val in Pittsworth over the up­com­ing school hol­i­days.

The team leaves for Pittsworth on Fri­day and is in camp for four days be­fore en­gag­ing in the five day tour­na­ment.

Tyson plays at full­back and Jack at hooker and have played the game since un­der sevens in Monto be­fore switch­ing to Biloela when the Monto ju­nior club folded.

Tyson trains in the Bron­cos de­vel­op­ment team in Rock­hamp­ton and Jack is not far off be­ing se­cured for NRL de­vel­op­ment.
