WINS for Central Burnett Brumbies U12, U14 and U16 teams against South Burnett teams boosted player confidence when they competed at Mundubbera last weekend.

The U12s played Murgon with older players against Nanango.

Tyler MacDonald and Blake Jackson each scored two tries for Brumbies in the U12 game and Callum Trott added six points with a try and a conversion.

Dawson Cross was the stand out U14 player contributing 14 points to his team’s score by crossing for two tries and kicking three goals.

Cross goes into camp next week with the Wide Bay Bulls at Pittsworth for possible State selection.

The two Bens had blinders in their U16 game – Ben Kenny scored two tries and converted six and Ben Aho crossed Nanango’s line three times.
