Central and North Burnett Times - - MENUS AND VENUES -

FRESHLY cooked, home made food is what you will find at the Rainbow Cafe, at 26 Newton St, Monto.

The big brekky is served all day for $11.

For a treat, try the pancakes with syrup and ice cream, or berries and ice cream for $6.50.

There are burgers for all occasions, baked potatoes, pizzas or lasagne with chips or salad for $10, or keep warm with a bowl of soup.

There are specials every week and, presently, barra burgers, just like they made on Master Chef, are on the menu.

There is Asian on a Friday night. And next month the Rainbow Cafe will be open all day Saturday with full menu and Asian at night.

The Rainbow Cafe is the heart of the community and is home to the Quilters Club which lunches there every Monday. The art group meets at the cafe on a Thursday.

Rainbow Cafe is available for inside and outside catering of functions.
