There are 299ha (740 acres) including approximately 202ha (500 acres) of ex-bottle tree and brigalow scrub country grassed with buffel.
The balance is lightly timbered narrow leaf ironbark country with buffel scattered throughout.
The property is over 90% white on the regulated vegetation map.
Subdivided into two paddocks, water is supplied by a dam, a spring-fed gully and a bore equipped with windmill pumping to a 5000 gallon tank and two troughs.
There is a shed with living quarters but no power.
It is estimated to fatten 120 head from 450kg through to bullock weights each year and is located 10 minutes from the centre of Mundubbera.
