Basic pizza dough
Preparation time: 10 mins Makes 1 80g wholemeal plain flour 75g plain flour 1 tsp dried yeast 125ml lukewarm water Extra flour, for dusting
1. Put flours and yeast in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.
2. Pour in water and, using a flat-bladed knife, mix until dough starts to come together to form a ball. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Use as required.
