Ba­sic pizza dough

Prepa­ra­tion time: 10 mins Makes 1 80g whole­meal plain flour 75g plain flour 1 tsp dried yeast 125ml luke­warm wa­ter Ex­tra flour, for dust­ing

1. Put flours and yeast in a medium bowl. Stir well to com­bine.

2. Pour in wa­ter and, us­ing a flat-bladed knife, mix un­til dough starts to come to­gether to form a ball. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured sur­face and knead un­til smooth. Use as re­quired.
