The vendors’ circumstances have changed forcing this property to be sold. There are approximately 404ha (1000 acres) in six freehold titles of irrigated and dry land grazing with Boyne and Burnett River frontages.
There is a 30ha (75 acre) centre pivot irrigator with two sites. Water is supplied from 100ML Burnett River allocation, a bore pumping 12,000 gph and a 200ML overland flow dam.
Soils consist of deep alluvial flats rising through brigalow soils to silver leaf ironbark and box country.
Dry land pastures are predominantly planted to rhodes grass with smaller areas of buffel and native pastures.
Approximately 68ha (170 acres) have been netted for prime lamb production. Infrastructure includes hay and machinery sheds, cattle yards and a recently renovated three bedroom home.
