The ven­dors’ cir­cum­stances have changed forc­ing this property to be sold. There are ap­prox­i­mately 404ha (1000 acres) in six free­hold ti­tles of ir­ri­gated and dry land graz­ing with Boyne and Bur­nett River frontages.

There is a 30ha (75 acre) cen­tre pivot ir­ri­ga­tor with two sites. Wa­ter is sup­plied from 100ML Bur­nett River al­lo­ca­tion, a bore pump­ing 12,000 gph and a 200ML over­land flow dam.

Soils con­sist of deep al­lu­vial flats ris­ing through bri­ga­low soils to sil­ver leaf iron­bark and box coun­try.
