Home on the farm

OLD MACDONALD’S Farm visited aged care home Gunther Village for an intergenerational celebration of Seniors’ Week.

All ages cuddled the baby animals, with local childcare groups and families joining in the animal fun.

Going to nose-to-nose with baby goats enthralled Bella and Jack Griggs, while Hilary Waldock joined Matilda and Alyce Doyle in discovering the softness of guinea pig fur.

The mood was calm and light as the baby animals were stroked and cuddled.

Bessie Schneider delighted in remembering her life on a farm, and sharing a cuppa with friends.
