Monday: 5.45am – 5km staggered run, mixing sprinting and jogging.
Tuesday: 5.45am – 16–20km bike ride. 4pm – aerobics
Wednesday: 5.45am – aerobics
Thursday: Rest day
Friday: 5.45am – 5km run
Saturday: 4pm – 26km bike ride to Mulgildie and back.
Sunday: 5.45am – 5km run 7am – 26km bike ride.
