THE secret to burning off those extra Christmas kilos is to avoid eating and drinking to excess.

Prevent temptation – fuel up with a healthy meal before going Christmas shopping, and serve healthy snacks at home.
Keep up healthy habits – keep up your exercise routine and jazz it up to make it fun.
