RO­TARY Youth Lead­er­ship Awards (RYLA) is hosted by Ro­tary, a not-for-profit or­gan­i­sa­tion whose mis­sion is to pro­vide hu­man­i­tar­ian ser­vice, en­cour­age high eth­i­cal stan­dards in all vo­ca­tions, and build good­will and peace in the world.

Ro­tary In­ter­na­tional has a key com­mit­ment to help­ing young peo­ple pre­pare for the fu­ture and to build the next gen­er­a­tion of lead­ers.

The premier youth pro­gram for 18–25 year olds is de­signed to pro­mote proac­tiv­ity, per­sonal and pro­fes­sional de­vel­op­ment.

The Ro­tary Club of Gayn­dah is look­ing for ap­pli­cants to par­tic­i­pate and learn from mo­ti­va­tional speak­ers and ex­perts in their fields.

This year RYLA will be held at Capricorn Caves where ac­tiv­i­ties will in­clude bush walk­ing, high ropes, rock climb­ing and ad­ven­ture cav­ing as well as a range of guest speak­ers, lec­tures and team build­ing skills.
