Tee time at 9-hole stroke com­pe­ti­tion this Satur­day

THIS Satur­day’s 9-hole stroke com­pe­ti­tion will hit off at 3pm, and all are wel­come to at­tend the monthly meet­ing on Mon­day, Jan­uary 19, from 7.30pm.

The Thurs­day sporters 9-hole sta­ble­ford on Jan­uary 8 was won by Ray Wal­lis (33 points), with run­ners-up Rob Ran­dall and Vic Bryant on 31 points. Pin­shot re­sults were Matt Crofts (3/12), Rob Kirk (5/14), Beau Wil­lis (7/16) and Bev Em­mer­ton (1/10), who also hit 23 putts.

Henry Gow (32 net) won Vet­er­ans’ 9-hole stroke com­pe­ti­tion on Jan­uary 6, with run­ner-up Bev Em­mer­ton on 32½ net. John Mor­gan got the pin­shot on 14 and Des Ran­dall won the putting com­pe­ti­tion.

On Jan­uary 10, Lind­say Baker won the 9-hole sta­ble­ford on 19 points, with Ray Wal­lis achiev­ing a pin­shot on five.
