Motorbikes, chainsaws found in property raid
A 25-YEAR-old man has been charged after the recovery of stolen property linked to three break-ins.
Biggenden Police and Maryborough CIB executed search warrants at a Lakeside address in the Biggenden area last week.
Senior Constable Mark Bradley said two of these offences occurred in 2014 and one in 2010.
“The property included two off-road motorcycles, a number of chainsaws, a generator, a pump and other hand and power tools,” he said.
The man will face the Maryborough Magistrates Court on February 3.
All of the property has been identified.
Police would like to remind the public to record serial numbers and engrave their property as this improves the chances of it being returned to the rightful owner. NeighbourhoodWatch recommends that Q for Queensland along with name and date of birth be engraved on the property.
