Early detection key to health
WOMEN of the North Burnett can get their breast exam without having to leave town.
The service will be at the Mobile Breast Cancer Screening Service stops at North Burnett towns in February and March.
Breastscreen Queensland Wide Bay Service acting community engagement officer Dan Smith said early detection was the best protection.
“Which is why Breastscreen Queensland uses the latest digital mammography technology to show very small cancers before they can be seen or felt,” he said.
The service will be in Gayndah on February 16, Mundubbera on February 26, Eidsvold on March 9, Monto on March 13 and Biggenden on March 25. Call 4150 2222.
