Just to clarify...
OUR premium grass species, including Rhodes, panicums, buttul and blue grasses along with legumes, stylos, glycenes, mimosas, siatro, etc, need nurturing through adverse conditions with good grazing practises.
Sabi and liverseed grasses are not at risk of disappearing.
They nutritionally fill an early seasonal gap but are not good standover types.
They need management as they tend to dominate superior species jeopardising their sustainability.
