The game between Just No Bodies and Thrifty Link see-sawed from one team to the other with Thrifty Link stringing a few tries together at the end to clinch the victory 8 to 5.

After the game Thrifty Link Captain Neil Reinke said it was a tough match up that pushed his players to the limit. “We played pretty well tonight, we didn’t let them get on the front foot at any stage,” Reinke said.

The music was loud and the play was fast when the Wormburners took the field to MC Hammer playing ‘Can’t touch this’.

Their opposition, 50 Shades of Black came out to show everyone that they ‘could touch that’ and they beatWormburners 7 to 4 in a close encounter of the first kind.

The other match up between Re-treads and Band of Misfits Stood out as the game of the round but the Band of Misfits couldn’t field a full team and the Re-treads won by forfeit.
