Planned burn in park for June

THE Wall Camp­ing Area, at Kroombit Tops Na­tional Park, will be closed for ac­cess to the pub­lic from June 13–23.

The De­part­ment of Na­tional Parks, Sport and Rac­ing ad­vises this clo­sure is be­cause a planned burn pro­gram will be car­ried out at the Wall Camp­ing Area dur­ing that pe­riod.

The ex­act lo­ca­tion is the Bomber site, at 4WD Loop Road.

Mem­bers of the pub­lic are ad­vised not to en­ter the closed ar­eas dur­ing this time and make al­ter­nate travel or camp­ing ar­range­ments.

Grif­fiths Creek and Ra­zor­back Camp­ing ar­eas, Kroombit Top Look­out, and ac­cess through Table­lands Rob, Clew­leys Gap/Ma­hoon/Cedar­vale Road and the Ra­zor­back Track will be open dur­ing the pe­riod.
