HEALTHY LIVING Go junk-free this June
WITH the month of June already halfway, many people across the country have been using it as a health kick.
Junk Free June is all about giving up the chips and the chocolate and adding more vegetables and fruit into a diet.
The latest Preventive Health Survey shows that just 9% of Queensland adults eat the five recommended serves of vegetables every day.
It is still not too late to jump aboard the Junk Free June train as even two weeks can make a big difference.
