MUNDUBBERA man Matthew Samms was issued a stern warning from the bench after he pleaded guilty in Gayndah Magistrates Court to possession of drug utensils.
Acting magistrate Andrew Hackett fined Mr Samms, who was on probation for previous offences, $500 and recorded the conviction.
“Sir, you must like to live dangerously,” Mr Hackett said.
“These matters are a breach of your probation that you just entered into.
“You need to desist from criminal offending while you are on probation or it will unravel.”
The 19-year-old was arrested by police after they searched his home on May 26.
