Free workshops in mindfulness
MINDFULNESS and positive living sessions will be held at the conference room at Biggenden Place, 21 Edward St, from Thursday, July 7, for eight weeks.
If you want to feel calm, confident, happy, more fulfilled and on top of life, then come along.
The sessions will be held from 1–2pm. Bring along your yoga mat/towel, cushion/pillow and a smile.
There will be a theme for each week, along with great helpful life tools, happiness jar activity, gratitude journaling, fun positivity tasks, relaxation meditation and a cup of tea.
