Four months disqualified
JUSTIN Russell Moses was driving in Moonford in May when police intercepted him for a breath test. The 24-year-old provisional driver recorded a reading of 0.037. When the Monto resident appeared in Monto Magistrates Court on June 29 regarding the incident, Magistrate Melanie Ho said she took into consideration the low reading but mentioned Moses had a similar offence in the last five years. Moses was fined $550, and disqualified from driving for four months.
