Four months dis­qual­i­fied

JUSTIN Rus­sell Moses was driv­ing in Moon­ford in May when po­lice in­ter­cepted him for a breath test. The 24-year-old pro­vi­sional driver recorded a read­ing of 0.037. When the Monto res­i­dent ap­peared in Monto Mag­is­trates Court on June 29 re­gard­ing the in­ci­dent, Mag­is­trate Me­lanie Ho said she took into con­sid­er­a­tion the low read­ing but men­tioned Moses had a sim­i­lar of­fence in the last five years. Moses was fined $550, and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.
