ON Wed­nes­day, July 6 TopX Eidsvold Sale had a good yard­ing of qual­ity store cat­tle on of­fer with ac­tive buy­ers present on the day. Steers over 300kg earned to 354c/kg and av­er­aged 345c/kg, while steers in the 200-300kg reached 375c/kg to aver­age 359c/kg and steers un­der 200kg earned to 373c/kg Heifers over 300kg earned to 345c/kg to aver­age 323c/kg while heifers in the 200-300kg range sold to 342c/kg and av­er­aged 326c/kg High­lights of the day were Mun­booree steers sell­ing for 373c/kg for 169kg char­bray cross steers to re­turn $630 per head. Steers of­fered by Re­becca Scholl sold for 375c/kg for 228kg to re­turn $855 per head. Mun­booree also sold bran­gus cross Steers to 354c/kg for 353kg to re­turn $1250 per head. Con­tin­u­ing to sell Mun­booree of­fered bran­gus cross heifers 342c/kg for 202kg to re­turn $692 per head. Bev Krause sold char­bray cross heifers sell­ing to 340c/kg for 290kg to re­turn $986 Reiser Pas­toral sold Santa cross heifers to 345c/kg for 335kg to re­turn $1156 per head.
