Man blows 7 times limit
A MAN who drove almost seven times over the legal limit has been fined $3000 and disqualified from driving for 21 months.
Michael Earsman was pulled over in Gayndah on April 20 when he blew 0.06.
The 41-year-old was pulled over again on July 2 where he blew .323, almost seven times over the legal limit.
When sentencing Earsman, Magistrate Andrew Hackett said he had to find a way to deter Earsman from drink driving and questioned how Earsman would feel if he ran over somebody while drunk.
