Survey to help QFES’ future
THE future of emergency services in Queensland has been opened to feedback from more than 43,000 volunteers with the launch of the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services volunteer survey.
The survey is open to all QFES volunteers who wish to offer feedback on current operations and potential ideas for the future.
Making the announcement Minister for Fire and Emergency Services Bill Byrne said the aim was for safe and resilient communities and QFES volunteers at the forefront of this, providing vital community education activities as well as responding to emergency situations.
“The volunteer workforce is a cornerstone of the department, without them the emergency response delivered would not be possible.”
The survey closes at 5pm Monday, August 1. To access the survey visit http://bit.ly/29TNHix.
