Hotel provides the live entertainment
THE Mt Perry Hotel is getting involved with the Mt Perry Fun Day once again with a live band set to play for the gathered crowds as well as some special treats for patrons.
Mt Perry Hotel manager Tanya Van Oosten said the Fun Day was the biggest event on the calendar for the pub and the town.
“We definitely appreciate that it is our biggest day,” Mrs Van Oosten said.
“The more people we can get to come to Mt Perry the better it is for the town and the economy here.”
The hotel will provide live entertainment.
“We have got the band Bar Light coming in to play for us for the Fun Day,” Mrs Van Oosten said.
“We will have cocktails available at the bar and plenty of market stalls happening out the front with coffee, donuts and wood fire pizza all available also.”
Mrs Van Oosten has also organised for the Gold Wings Motorcycle Club to visit the Fun Day and put some of their bikes on display.
“I think we will have around four bikes to display and I’ll be bringing my trike down too,” Mrs Van Oosten said.
Last year was Mrs Van Oosten’s first time at the Fun Day as the Mt Perry Hotel owner.
“It went great last year, I think everyone really enjoyed it and the truck pull is fun to watch,” Mrs Van Oosten said.
LIVE BAND: The Mt Perry Hotel will be hosting Bundaberg artists Kane and Paula Gray's band Bar Light for the Mt Perry Fun Day.
