Police find pocket knife
TWENTY-year-old Sarah Hedges learnt the hard way that it is best not to leave a pocket knife in her bag.
Gayndah Police located the knife in her bag on June 19 at 12.30pm and when asked why she had it she said it was in case she needed it.
Hedges pleaded guilty for possession of a weapon in the Gayndah Magistrates Court on June 14.
Magistrate Andrew Hackett convicted and fined Hedges $150.
