GAYNDAH COMPUTER AND FACEBOOK WORKSHOP FOR SENIORS, TODAY
The workshop is at the CWA Hall in Gayndah, from 2pm. $5 cover charge. Free WiFi and BYO laptops (some laptops are available for use if you don’t have one). The workshop will cover basic computer literacy and Facebook skills.
MT PERRY RACES, SATURDAY
The Mt Perry Races are taking place this Saturday, November 12 at the Mt Perry Racecourse from 11.30am. Entry into the event is $10 with children under 18 years free. Children's entertainment is also free and a full race schedule has been announced. The new addition of the Gold Pan Discus is making its debut and won’t want to be missed, along with the annual jocks plate. Night time live entertainment and free camping available.
HOY AND TOMBOLA AT COALSTOUN LAKES HALL, SATURDAY
Saturday, November 12. Doors open 12.30pm for a 1.30pm start. Great prizes on offer, home baked afternoon tea to enjoy along with a raffle and lucky door prize. For more information phone 4127 5191.
LAKE CANIA FISHING CLASSIC, SATURDAY
Commencing 4am November 12 at Cania Dam and running through until midday the next day. Presentations will be held at 12pm November 13. The grand prize is an aluminium tinny with motor and trailer for the seniors and a children’s kayak for the juniors. A canteen and bar will be open on site for all participates. BEAUTIFUL BLUES, SATURDAY
