This 708.058 ha or 1749.61 acre prop­erty is mostly un­du­lat­ing coun­try with open flats ris­ing to steeper tim­bered coun­try to the west.

The coun­try con­sists of mostly rich soils and is well grasses with rhodes, na­tive grasses, legumes of seca, fine stem sti­los and wynn cas­sia. The prop­erty is wa­tered by eight dams, four bores, all with wind­mills, tanks and troughs and sea­sonal creek through prop­erty.

The eastern three por­tions 219ha/543 acres) are fenced into one pad­dock plus hold­ing pad­dock near stock­yards and the west­ern five por­tions 488ha/1207 acres is fenced into three pad­docks plus hold­ing pad­docks near stock­yards.

There are steel and cable stock­yards with head bail, sep­a­rate cov­ered calf race area and older large tim­ber stock­yards which are not cur­rently used. The prop­erty would carry ap­prox­i­mately 200 head of cat­tle.

This multi-ti­tled graz­ing prop­erty is sit­u­ated in the Cinnabar dis­trict, ap­prox­i­mately 45 min­utes to Gympie and is def­i­nitely worth an in­spec­tion.
