Golden Stir­rup re­turns

The Mundubbera Golden Stir­rup Cam­p­draft will re­turn in March for the first time in al­most 20 years.

The event re­turns after nearly two decades – it hasn’t been run since 1998.

The event is ACA af­fil­i­ated and will be a full pro­gram cam­p­draft, in­clud­ing Maiden, Novice, Open, Ju­ve­nile and Ju­nior sec­tions.

It will be held at the Mundubbera Show­grounds across March 18 and 19.

A bul­lock ride will be held on the Satur­day af­ter­noon, which is open to all rid­ers. Nom­i­na­tions will be taken on the Satur­day.

There will be a poddy ride for those un­der 11 years of age.

A break­fast, bar and can­teen will keep par­tic­i­pants full, op­er­at­ing for both days of the event.
