A MUNDUBBERA man has been handed a 15-month disqualification he pleaded guilty to driving three times above the legal alcohol limit. Gayndah Magistrate Court on Thursday heard Kerry Michael Priem was pulled over by police on Kennedy St, Mundubbera, on January 14 and he blew 0.156 in a breath test. Magistrate Andrew Hackett said the 59-year-old man needed to re-evaluate his life. “Will it be when you run over and kill someone,” Mr Hackett asked. Priem told the court he believed he had the willpower to stop drink driving. Mr Hackett also fined Priem $2000. “It seems to me you have a problem with drinking and I can’t tell what you’ve ever done to stop that. You’d better get your drinking under control,” Mr Hackett said.
